It covers the initial analysis of your account (checking and understanding your requirements), scheduling, backup and transfer of all site data & e-mail, reconfiguration, testing and DNS switch over. The migration of the site and e-mail can be outside of normal business hours so that it doesn't disrupt your day to day business.
