Upgrading/Downgrading a cPanel account

Often there comes a time when a cPanel account will need to be upgraded or downgraded to one of your other pre-configured packages. To perform an upgrade/downgrade of a cPanel account please follow these steps.

1. Login to your WHM account. The login credentials for this would have been sent to you in an email when you first set up an account with us. If you do not have these credentials, please contact support for further assistance.

2. Using the left hand menu, search and navigate to “Upgrade/Downgrade an Account”

3. Select an account from the list and click “Modify"

4. You will now see a list of available packages that you have created, simply select your desired package and click “Upgrade/Downgrade”
