1. Login to your cPanel account. When you first set up an account with us, you would have received an email with the details on how you can gain access to your control panel. If you have lost those details, feel free to raise a support ticket or call in.

2. Using the search box within cPanel, type "Apache SpamAssassin"

3. Select "Configure Apache SpamAssassin"

4. When filling out the whitelist_from field, you can either specify a specific email address or whitelist the whole domain range.

To whitelist the whole domain name, we will input a wildcard option such as:

*@domain.com

This will accept ANYTHING@domain.com
