1. To login to your customer portal, please click this click: https://my.cloudabove.com/clientarea.php

2. Once you are logged in, navigate to Domains > My Domains:

3. Select the drop down arrow by the side of “Manage Domain” and click “Edit Contact Information”.

4. You can now fill out the information and click “Save Changes”. This will update your WHOIS information within 24 hours.
