Recovering access to your cPanel account

Last updated by Steven Nicholas on January 31, 2024 16:22

If you have lost the details on how to login to your cPanel account hosted by us, there are a few steps you can take to recover your access.

Option 1
The first place to look would be to check the email address you used to register an account with us. When your hosting account was created, an automated email would have been sent to the email address used to register your hosting account.

The email is titled “Hosting(yourdomain.com)”, the details to access cPanel are about half way down and look something like this:

Option 2
If you cannot find the original email we sent when you opened your hosting package with us, you can reset your cPanel password by logging into your billing area with us. If you do not know your login details for your billing area, please choose the option "Forgot Password?" to start the password recovery process.

Billing area: https://my.cloudabove.com

Once you have logged into your billing area, please navigate to “Services” > “My Services”:

When you select your hosting package from the list of your services with us, you will be taken to a management page, you can access your cPanel account by clicking any of the features such as “Email Accounts” or “File Manager”, you can also select the option to “Change Password” in the left navigation pane to reset your cPanel password.
