1. Sign into your Gmail account using your favourite Internet Browser.
2. Click the Settings icon > Settings
3. Click the “Accounts” tab.
4. Under “Check mail from other accounts (using POP3):” please click “Add a POP3 mail account you own.
5. Fill in the required fields. Please make sure your Username is your full email address, the password is for the mailbox in question.
Username: Full email address
Password: Password for the mailbox in question
POP Server: mail.yourdomainhere.com
Port: 995
Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server: Checked
Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail: Checked
6. If you would like to “send mail as” with your email address through Gmail please continue through the steps like so:
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomainhere.com
Port: 465
Username: Full email address
Password: Password for the mailbox in question
Click Add Account.
7. Google will ask you to verify that you own the email account by sending an email with an authoritative code.
8. Once you have confirmed the above verification box, you will see your account next to the “Send mail as:” section within Gmail:
