We try to make this process as simple as possible.
1. Navigate to your client area: https://my.cloudabove.com/clientarea.php
If you do not know your login details, please contact us on 01872 672 050 or email us: support@cloudabove.com
2. Once logged into your client area, navigate to Services > My Services
3. Click on the service you wish to cancel, then select the “Request Cancellation” option on the left hand side navigation pane.
4. After clicking “Request Cancellation” briefly describe your reason for canceling then click “Request Cancellation”.
